Once you have submitted this booking form and agreement, you will receive an email with a copy of this agreement, along with your invoice for the Mini Session ($95) + bank details to make payment. Jasmine will confirm your booking once the $95 Mini Session fee has been received.

Mini Sessions are 15 minutes long. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we don't run overtime and that there's ample time to capture your session.
Terms of Agreement

AGREEMENT OVERVIEW: This Agreement expresses the full and complete agreement between the CLIENTS (Hereafter referred to as CLIENTS) and MRS JASMINE ANN GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER (Hereafter refereed to as MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER) regarding the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior agreements. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. COOPERATION: Unless otherwise noted, MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER, its associates or employees will be the exclusive photographer(s) at this portrait photography session. The CLIENTS agree that good faith cooperation and communication between them is important in obtaining a good result. CLIENTS must also notify MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER and photographer(s) in writing if they wish to have anything photographed in a particular way. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography, or for missed images due to details not revealed to MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER or beyond the photographer(s) control. HOUSE RULES: CLIENTS agree and understand that the photographer(s) are limited by the guidelines of the location site/venue management/government rules and CLIENTS agree to accept the results that may occur from said guidelines. Negotiation with the officials/management for moderation of guidelines is solely the CLIENTS responsibility. IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS: Photographs/images produced by MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon final payment by CLIENTS, CLIENTS are allowed to display resulting images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER. CLIENTS will receive a high resolution digital download with printing rights. When publishing the photos socially or commercially, MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER must be noted as the photographer. The CLIENTS must obtain written permission and fee from MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER prior to the CLIENTS, their associates, friends or relatives selling the photographs. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER does not provide any unedited images to CLIENTS as it does not represent the quality MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER strives for. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER takes pride in the edited images, and images will not be delivered if they do not meet MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’s quality standards. Whilst MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’s editing style is quite complimentary, please note below, what defines MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’s “edited” images. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’s edited images include colour correction, colour enhancements, exposure correction, shadow and highlight recovery, lens correction, and a little artistic flare. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’s edited images do not include retouched or photoshopped images. This is a service MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER does not usually offer. Retouching/photoshopping images can be an art form in itself, and can require extensive, skilled work. MODEL RELEASE. The CLIENTS hereby grants to MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER and successors, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENTS or in which the CLIENTS may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENTS hereby release MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER and all associates representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, expenses, and obligations of any kind arising from, or related in any manner to MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’S use of said images. RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable fee of $95.00 is due at the signing of this agreement due to the short nature of the Mini Sessions. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. Should the CLIENT not show up to the scheduled appointment, cancel the appointment or otherwise breach this Agreement, the NON-REFUNDABLE FEE shall be liquidated for damages to MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment of any materials/charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer(s) are injured, become too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from photographing the event, MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER will contact the CLIENT as soon as possible, to arrange another suitable date and time. Should the CLIENT injured, become too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from attending the Mini Session date and time, then they must contact MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER 12+hours prior to the session time to reschedule. The CLIENT can reschedule twice giving 12+hours notice before forfeiting their fee and session. MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER takes the upmost care with respect to exposure, storage, and processing the photographs/images, but cannot and does not, guarantee that photographs/images of the event will not be lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER's control. CLIENT agrees that MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER or the photographer(s) full and complete responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. It is not MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER’S responsibility to keep images forever following final selection of the images and the CLIENT agrees that it is the CLIENTS responsibility to back up their delivered FINAL IMAGES. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Images are will be edited and sent via a private online gallery within 2 weeks after the photo shoot date. Selection of the FINAL 5 IMAGES is to be made by the client on receipt of the online gallery within 30 days. Following selection of final images MRS GARDINER, PHOTOGRAPHER will forward a link for the CLIENT to download the images from. It is the CLIENTS responsibility to make an additional backup of their FINAL IMAGES on their own computer system.
I understand that this agreement constitutes the entire contract for services between Mrs Gardiner, Photographer and Client. By clicking 'agree' I am agreeing to be bound by the above terms. *
